Before you ask

Questions every creator should ask an agency.

Once — to connect your account, since no official tool skips that step. After that, chatters never see it directly; they work through role-based access instead. You keep your 2FA, recovery email, and payout account the whole time, so you can revoke access or reset your password whenever you want.
The platform pays you directly, to an account in your name. We invoice our commission separately, on agreed terms. Your gross earnings never route through us.
Month-to-month, with 30 days' written notice to end the relationship on either side. No buyout fees, no long-term lock-in.
A small, named team you're introduced to before we start — never an undisclosed pool of contractors. You'll know how many people have access and exactly what they can and can't do.
